We were so blessed to know Monica and her husband who initially referred Delores to Monica. In addition to being professional, Monica had a good work ethic, high inner work standards, and above-average interpersonal communication skills. She was classy and exhibited a lot of grace. By her actions and words that came out of her mouth, we could tell she was a Godly woman. It was all these things and her warm smile and sweet-spirited, positive attitude that has enabled Monica to be a success all these years. I know if Delores was here now, she would express how blessed she was to have Monica as her Senior Director for the 14 years she was in Mary Kay.
To excel in a business-like Mary Kay one has to be a people person. That is what Monica is. She loves interacting with people, and she loves Mary Kay. She is an encourager, motivator, and self-esteem builder. I highly recommend her to anyone who appreciates superior service, a superior product, and a possibility thinker.
